Grilled Chicken

Grilled chicken is a culinary staple. This recipe is SO basic, no frills, just chicken.

Directions

Trim the fat from the chicken breast and slice it through the middle to make it thin.

Coat the chicken with salt and oil.

Preheat a grill pan or your grill to a medium high heat.

When the grill reaches 400°F or the grill pan sizzles when you test it with water, add your chicken to the grates and cook for 12 minutes, 6 minutes per side, rotate for grill marks and until the chicken reaches 165°F.
